At SIPNOC 2024, we presented three case studies where the YouMail Protective Services Watch service was deployed to help mitigate illegal robocall traffic.
One was a major wholesale intermediary, another a large CPaaS, and the last a smaller CPaaS. In all cases, deploying Watch led to very material declines in illegal robocall traffic being originated from or traversing through their networks.
This decline came despite all three having spent time and effort deploying meaningful KYC processes. And all three service providers are still using Watch, as it’s a key part that’s enabling them to grow their businesses while keeping illegal robocall traffic to a minimum.
